Gender Equality is essential for promoting fairness, inclusivity, and equal opportunities within our organization and society as a whole. We strive to foster an environment where all individuals are valued and have equal access to opportunities, regardless of gender. Currently, 50% of our leaders and managers are Women and our age range stretches across 54 years! 

Decent Work and Economic Growth are fundamental for creating thriving communities and a robust economy. By providing fair and safe working conditions, promoting decent wages, and supporting sustainable economic practices, we aim to contribute to the well-being of our employees and the overall economic growth of our community. Our HR Team has been working hard at finding new benefits for our employees, including free services, celebrating employee appreciation week, spreading positivity, and scheduling fun activities!

Responsible Consumption and Production  is vital to minimizing waste, reducing our environmental impact, and promoting sustainable practices throughout our operations. We are committed to implementing efficient resource management, reducing our carbon footprint, and offering sustainable products and services to encourage responsible consumption among our customers. Our Compliance Team is always looking for ways we can improve! Thanks to them we are verified by SCS Global Services, have updated and new recycling programs in place, and of course a waste reduction plan! 

Life on Land is a priority because we recognize the importance of preserving and restoring ecosystems and biodiversity. We strive to minimize our negative impact on land resources, protect natural habitats, and promote sustainable land use practices to ensure the health and vitality of our planet. As of 2023, we are now partnered with One Tree Planted, where any item from our Green Gallery line can plant up to TEN trees!
