Where should I send my PO and artwork?

Both your PO and art can be submitted to orders@goldbondinc.com.

What time is the standard order cutoff?

2 PM EST. Any order placed past the cutoff time will be entered for the following business day.

How long does it take to receive a proof?

Order confirmation and proof will be sent 24 hours after order entry. You will also receive any questions we may have about your order within the same timeframe.

Where can I download your most recent product data?

You can sign up for DistributorCentral OneSource. This will have all of our product data, pricing and media content. Our PromoStandards data feeds DistributorCentral OneSource weekly on Saturdays.

How can I tell if an item is factory direct or in-house?

Any item number ending in -FD or -FDP is factory direct. You can look under the "Specs" tab on each particular item to locate the FOB point for that product and any additional details pertaining to that partner factory.

What products are available on rush?

Our Goldrush is a free service that we extend to the industry. Every product currently on the Goldrush program is located under the dropdown "Browse" in the "Rush'' tab.  Please review each individual item for specific rush details. You can always book a call with your sales representative or get a quote!

How do I pay for my order?

Unless credit has been established, payment is required at the time the order is received. Payments may be made using ACH or EFT transfers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cashier’s check or money order. Production will not begin until payment is received in full. Checks may require a five day waiting period. A service charge of $50.00 (Z) will be charged on all returned checks. Once your order is entered, if you are not set up with credit terms a representative will contact you for payment.

Where can I find my sales representative?

If you do not know your representative for your state, you can fill out our form here and a rep will be in contact with you.  If you know your representative already, you can navigate to our book a call page to schedule a call.

How do I submit a claim?

You can find all claim information under our File a Claim tab. The claim submission form can be found at the bottom of the page, or you can click here. A resolutions representative will be in touch within 24 hours of submission.

How can I get a sample?

You can find all sample information under our Samples tab. The sample submission form can be found here, or alternatively, at the top navigation bar under ‘Contact Our Team’

How can I get a free influencer kit?

To get a free influencer kit, follow these steps:

  • Stay updated on our announcements! We announce the availability of new Influencer Kits on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Follow us on social media! Make sure you are following us on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage with our content! Engaging with our posts, such as liking and commenting, increases your chances of seeing our announcement when we release a new Influencer Kit.
  • Be among the first to react! Typically, the first 20 or 30 people to drop a heart on the post announcing the Influencer Kit will be added to our list.
  • Provide your shipping address: Our Content Coordinator will reach out to you via DM or email to obtain the best address for shipping.
  • Receive your tracking number: Once the boxes are shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can keep track of your package.

Please note that Influencer Kits are distributed quarterly and contain hand-selected products that are either "coming soon" or newly released items. Make sure to stay engaged and follow us on social media to increase your chances of receiving an Influencer Kit!

What does JIT mean?

JIT Logo

You will see this icon on various item images. JIT stands for Just In Time. Our 'check inventory' button on the website may show zero in stock, as we only receive materials when it is time for production to begin. This reduces inventory costs and reduces the amount of inventory on hand.

What are your shipping transit times?

 

UPS Transit

UPS ships to 62.56% of the country in a 2 business day transit from the Chattanooga Service Center.

How do I get my tracking number for my order?

If you would like to inquire about the status of your order and check on tracking numbers, you can navigate to our Order Tracker which can be found on the Gold Bond website. No login is required, simply type in your Gold Bond Sales Order number and our system will provide order status information as well as tracking information if your order has shipped. Alternatively, shipping acknowledgements are sent via email when orders are shipped and these will also contain tracking numbers.

How can I find retail brands in one location?

We have over 30 retail name brands in our product offering for you. You can select 'Show All' under browse at the top navigation bar, and on the left hand side, you can filter items by brand name.

Do you have item templates for download?

Yes. Each item page will have a template download option under ‘Tools’. With the exception of -FD or -FDP items.

Do you have to log into your website to see stock, freight estimations, or order tracker?

No! You can check order tracking at the top navigation bar. Inventory and freight estimations will be under each individual item.

Is inventory on your website updated?

Yes! In addition to seeing what we currently have in stock, you can see the next shipment arrival date as well as how many are coming.

Are there unbranded flyers and industry guides available?

Yes! You can find them on our Flyer's page. There will be Branded and Unbranded options available for you to download in PDF format.

How do I find safety documentation?

Each item will have safety documentation attached under the "Specs" tab for you to view or download. To see Gold Bond's full stance on sustainability - click here.

What decoration methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of decoration options including, screen print, pad print, full-color doming, direct to product full-color, sublimation, laser engraving, heat transfer, embroidery, deboss, hot stamping, die struck, and custom woven printing.

How do I become a distributor?
