What is the XP Factory?

The ultimate experience-based event solution. With an array of top brands like PUMA, FOOTJOY, KATE SPADE, UNDER ARMOUR, CARRERA, and BARRINGTON LEATHER, your participants will have the opportunity to shop, interact, and create memories that will last a lifetime. The XP Factory can also include on-site debossing and a full retail set-up with fixtures and displays. Plus, you'll have an on-site pro to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Pop Up Shop Breakdown:

FootJoy Pop Up 

The following options are included with your FootJoy Pop Up Shop experience.


  • Polo 1 = 24 units in 2 color choices. 12 per color.
  • Polo 2 = 24 units in 2 color choices. 12 per color.
  • Mid- Layer 1 = 12 units in 2 color choices. 6 per color.
  • Mid- Layer 2 = 12 units in 2 color choices. 6 per color.
  • Outer Layer 1 = 12-14 units in 1 color choice.
  • Socks= 50 units in 2 color choices. 25 per color.
  • Caps = 38 units in assorted colors. Includes both men and womens selections.
  • Accessory Bags = 8 units.
  • For events that include male and female attendees, we will split 1 option at 12 mens and 12 womens. For instance: Polo 1 is all men but Polo 2 will get 12 in a women's style and 12 in a men's style.
  • Recommended voucher amount per attendee: $180.00(z).

The following options are included with your PUMA Pop Up Shop experience.

The following is included in this experience.


  • Shoes = 50 pairs. 1 mens and 1 womens style.
  • Socks = 50 pairs total of 1 style. Includes both mens and womens fit.
  • Shoe Bag = optional upgrade in 1 style.
  • Sizing assortment provided so you don't have to coordinate how many of each size will be needed.
  • 20% additional inventory provided for overflow and additional purchasing.
  • Shoe options include men and womens styles for casual loafers, sneakers and also the most popular transitional footwear designed to fit your travel, work, time on the course or even date night.
  • A 6 ft. table and chairs will need to be provided by the event facility.
  • Tablecloth optional in case you'd like to use your own!

  • Full color decorated microfiber cleaning cloth with event or sponsorship branding. Item#DSMCC for reference.
  • All sunglass styles will come in their retail case and packaging for authentic brand power.
  • 20% additional inventory provided for overflow and additional purchasing.
  • Sunglass options include selections from the best sellers list offered by each brand.
  • A 6 ft. table will need to be provided by the event facility.
  • Tablecloth optional in case you'd like to use your own!

Common FAQs

1. Will the host facility allow an outside party to sell/offer merchandise on their premises?

2. Do you have the ability to provide a covered space to set up the event? This could be a tent for an outdoor experience or a ballroom for an indoor experience. 

3. Would you like to accommodate selections above a voucher limit? This is completely optional and will will require a POS system like a Square to facilitate.

4. What is the date of the event?

5. What is the number of attendees?

6. Is your audience local or coming in from out of town? This will help us to concierge product options convenient to their travel arrangements. 

7. Is there a budget per person? This may help us select the appropriate experience for you. 

  • At (8 weeks from event) - 30 minute Q & A with our PGA Golf Professional. Once an event price range and time line has been established, we will schedule a 30 minute session for any details surrounding the event.  XP Customers will be directed to the XP website to review product selections and quantities needed for the event.  A letter/email will be required from host site confirming the approval of a temporary event shop on their premises at this time.  Following this discussion, XP customers will submit their product selections & quantities by Week 9.

  • At (7 weeks from event) - GB will review product selections, quantities and any ancillary details of the event and will submit a sales quote for approval & PO submittal.

  • At (6 weeks from event)-  PO for the event should be received. The PO will be entered within 24 business hours of receipt.

  • At (5 weeks from event) - GB will confirm with vendor that all event product selections made and that inventory is secured.  GB will provide an update on product arrival, set up timeframes, and schedule of GB Golf Pro (arrival, set-up, operation, & take down)

  • At (4 weeks to 10 days prior) - GB will communicate any updates & changes to operation of the event.  Customer should designate a contact person at the event site for GB Pro to coordinate with.

  • At (5 days from event) - The GB Golf Pro will confirm final arrangements of arrival and any necessary changes. 

  • At (1 day from event) - The GB Pro will arrive at the event site and coordinate with on-site contact person for XP event placement and product set up.  An inventory of the product will be taken prior to the event.

  • On event day, the GB Pro will be the main point of contact for all guest interactions associated with the XP event experience.

  • At completion of the event, the GB Pro will handle logistics return of displays and unused products.  An inventory of unused product will be taken following the event.

  • Invoice will be issued to the client for all services rendered and products used at the event.

  • At (2 weeks following event) - A 30 minute wrap up session with our GB Golf Pro to review total operation of XP experience.

Each experience includes our PGA Golf Pro to be there on site with you. 

Our in house pro will arrive the day prior to the event to help coordinate the set up and arrival of all goods. 

All travel arrangements and fees are included in the pricing such as: travel, lodging and food.
